Take part / Toronto / In preparation
Take part.
Discord is the front door, an access code is the first way into the app, and one form covers both. The server is running; its invite and the codes are not published here yet.
In preparation. The TAGii Discord is up and running, but its invite is not printed on this page yet, no access code is published here, and the form below cannot deliver a message today. Each of those says so in its own place rather than at the end.
Discord is the front door.
It is the public lobby: where people find TAGii, meet the hosts’ groups and see what is happening. One server for everyone, with a shared front door and then a section for each host, so it stays calm as it grows.
- A shared front door
Where TAGii is explained, how the server works, the rules, what is coming up, and a place to say hello.
- One section per host
Each host runs their own part of it. Some sections are open to anyone, some are for that host’s members, and the host decides which.
- The room after the room
The meet and greet carries on there: who is coming, and the follow-ups after each one.
What the Discord is not
TAGii itself lives in the app, not in the lobby. Assistants, memory and private connections stay inside TAGii. Nothing private belongs in Discord: use a nickname, and nobody should ask you there for a phone number or an address. The TAGii bot manages roles only. It does not read what people write.
The server is up and running. The public invite is not printed on this page yet, and an invite that turns out to be wrong is worse than none. Ask for it and we send it to you.
Ask for the Discord inviteRegister, connect, share.
Three steps, in the order they happen.
- Register
Ask to take part with the form at the bottom of this page, or use an access code if somebody already in the network gave you theirs. Either way you only need your name, a way to reach you, your city and what you are interested in.
- Connect
Come to a room. An event or a partner night is where you get your band, and the band is what lets people find you without an introduction. The Discord is the same thing between events: the front door, then a section for each host.
- Share
Bring one person you think more people should meet. That is how the mark moves: hand to hand, never pushed. If you run something of your own, you can go further and become a pillar.
Access codes.
- A code is the first way in
It is what a person uses to enter the TAGii app and network the first time. Every code remembers who issued it and which plan it opens.
- Someone gives it to you
TAGii staff can issue any code. Connectors have a personal code, and everyone who joins with it is credited to them. Hosts can issue codes for their own guests, marked as introduced by that host. A company gets a generator up to its seat limit.
- A code is not permanent
It can be set to one use or many, given an end date, tied to a plan, and cancelled at any time.
No code appears on this page, and none is handed out from this website. A code always comes from a person or a company that already holds one.
No code? Ask.
Anyone can ask to join. Tell us your name, how to reach you, your city, what you are interested in and how you heard about TAGii, and say whether you want to hear from us by email.
There are three ways off the list, and asking is only the first:
- Somebody already in the network gives you their code.
- You come to a TAGii event or a meet and greet.
- TAGii opens a batch of codes.
Run something of your own? Hosts can issue codes for their own guests, and that is part of the host conversation rather than this page.

One form, for the Discord, a code, or anything else on this page. Nothing is booked, charged or reserved from this website.
Being straight with you about what happens when you press the button: TAGii has not chosen where enquiries from this website are delivered yet, so nothing is sent today. The form tells you that to your face, keeps your words in your own browser, and offers you the same words as an email you send yourself. It does not pretend to have taken your message.
