TAGII Canada / AI for your business / In preparation

Start with one real task from your own business.

A Fit Call, a Discovery Audit, workshops, a Focused Working Session with small builds, and a demo of the assistant being built. The way in is the Fit Call, and it costs nothing.

In preparation. None of this is on sale yet and no prices are published. The way in is a Fit Call, and the Fit Call costs nothing.

Five ways in.

Pick the one that fits where you are. Four of them lead to the same short request at the foot of this page. Start with the Fit Call if you are not sure.

What the Discovery Audit looks at, and what you get back.

What it looks at

  • The enquiries that reach you, and how they get answered.
  • The files, and where they actually live.
  • The tools you already use.
  • The handoffs: between people, and between one tool and the next.

What you get back

  • A plain written map of what works today.
  • What slows you down, named rather than implied.
  • One honest recommendation, including when the recommendation is that no new system is needed.

If we show you a sample website, or an assistant built from information published about your business, it carries a label that says so: that it is a demonstration rather than your own website, and that it is TAGII reference information not operated by your business.

Who the workshops are for.

  • An owner or a team who has not used AI tools before.
  • A team that needs one shared skill.
  • A class working through a concept together.
  • A community trying to solve one thing.

The session is built around the task people bring, not a general course, so people leave able to do the thing themselves.

How a small build is decided.

Automation goes in only where the version done by hand has already proved itself. That rule comes from the research TAGII read before building anything: when a tuned model was asked to sort conversations on its own it got about three reply links in four right, and fewer than half of whole conversations exactly right. So where AI is involved, it proposes and a person decides.

The first real tool being built for the TAGII assistant books, reschedules and cancels in a calendar. It is proved on a test calendar before it is allowed near a real one. Scope and completion are agreed in writing before work begins.

How the work runs.

  1. Intake

You tell us the task and the business around it. This is the Fit Call.

  2. Scope

We write down what is in, what is out, and what finished looks like.

  3. Proposal

The scope, the format and the timing come back to you in writing before anything starts.

  4. Deposit

Paid work begins only after you agree the proposal. No amount is published on this website.

  5. Handoff

You get the finished thing, and you know how it works, because that was part of the work.

A standard first: the Individual Agent Standard.

TAGII publishes the Individual Agent Standard as the rule its business work is measured against: AI that acts for a business must stay accountable, and private information must stay private. It is a proposal, not a delivered system.

How your information is handled.

Encrypted at rest and kept separate for each person. Custody held on your own device is the target and is not built yet.

TAGII does not promise that your information stays in Canada. Its own servers are rented, and those sites are in Germany, Finland, the United States and Singapore. We tell you where your information is stored before any work starts, and adding a Canadian site for customer information is part of the plan if that matters to your business.

Ask for a Fit Call.

Tell us about your business and the one task in front of you. Nothing is booked or charged from this website.
