TAGii is building the network that connects them: the hosts, the venues and the people who show up. We’re starting in Toronto, and looking for our first hosts to build it with.

Early, and honest about it. TAGii is founder-led today: Matthew’s own relationships, built privately over years, a Discord already set up for groups, and a YouTube channel being prepared. Everything on this page is what we build with our first hosts. Those first hosts help shape it, and they’re the ones who grow with it.

Their own room. Their own crowd. Their own costs. However good the event is, it stays inside its own four walls.

Better deals on space
TAGii works on real relationships with venues and brings them more events. Over time, that can earn hosts lower costs, and every venue that joins opens doors for the other hosts. No space yet? We help you look for one.
New people, from other worlds
The aim is to bring in people from other communities and scenes who see value in what you do. Gamers who love fashion. Coders who solder. Parents who want to build a robot with their kids.
The meet and greet
A relaxed social hour right after your event, organized by TAGii. Your guests stay, new people come in, and everyone gets to meet. As more hosts join, it becomes the place where every host’s crowd crosses paths.
A connected Discord
Your own section in the TAGii Discord, which is already set up, so your people stay in touch between events, even when they can’t make it in person.
Your own assistant
Every TAGii host gets a personal assistant of their own. It is being built to take the busywork: bookings, reminders, follow-ups after events, payouts and keeping track of your people, so your time goes into the thing you actually do. It is private to you, and only you decide what it shares.

Organized by TAGii. People share what they’re working on, a guest speaker drops in, or everyone just hangs out. Members are always in. Everyone else pays at the door, and the host sets that amount per event.
