These projects connect to the people we meet and what we learn together. Nina is Matthew’s personal assistant; each person’s assistant has their own identity.

28 years building and turning ideas into businesses.
I’m Matthew MacSharon. At thirteen, I was broadcasting an online radio station from my bedroom in Toronto, bringing people together around games and conversation. In 1999, my early idea for TAGII used physical swipe cards to connect people. The tools have changed, but bringing people together has stayed at the centre.
My work has taken me through construction, design, invention and technology. Through TAGII, I offer coaching, organize gatherings and develop products. I’m developing a personal AI assistant to remember your conversations and connections, help manage calls, tasks and appointments, and keep time open for family and friends.
I want technology to help us remember who matters, discover what we can do together, and make more room for family, friends and our interests and ambitions. That’s what I’m building TAGII for.
